Salad with Turek Blue Cheese, pears and fresh spinach


Preparation time
: 15 minutes

Ingredients for 2 servings
:
  • Fresh spinach or rucola (about 100g)
  • 1 pear
  • 1 pack of Turek Blue cheese
  • Sauce:
  • 30 ml red vinegar
  • 60 ml extra virgin olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon honey
  • 1 teaspoon Dijon mustard or French
  • salt and pepper to taste
  • Optional: a handful of walnuts, 100g smoked trout

Preparation:

Spread the spinach or rucola leaves and sliced pear in a bowl. All sprinkled with chopped Turek Blue cheese.
Combine olive oil with vinegar, add some honey, salt and pepper. Just before serving pour the finished sauce on salad. Sprinkle the salad with walnuts. An interesting idea is to add some smoked trout.
