Turek Brie is a delicate and tender, moulding in mouth triangular cheese covered with white mould. It is prepared from natural components full of nutritive values and created in especial care of quality of cheese. These features caused that Turek is the most often bought brie cheese in Poland. It is excellent for sandwiches, as a snack, for cheeseboards, for salads or heated with coating.
